Good to know

• Minimum term: two months. You can cancel after your second monthly payment has been taken.
• Cancelling: please give one week's notice before your next payment date, by email or WhatsApp. Your membership stays active until the end of the month you have paid for.
• Refunds: we do not refund the current month's payment if you cancel part way through the month.
• Unused treatments: unused rolled-over treatments are converted into a gift voucher for their value when you cancel.
• All treatments are subject to a consultation and suitability check. This does not affect your legal rights as a consumer.

1. Can I gift my membership treatments to someone else?
Yes. You can share your treatments with friends or family.

2. What happens if I miss a month?
Unused treatments roll over to the next month.

3. Can I mix and match treatments within my package?
Yes. You can choose a different treatment from your package each month.

4. Are there discounts on additional treatments?
Yes. Members get 20% off all other treatments, 50% off Microneedling and Dermaplaning, and 50% off Luna treatments.

5. What are add-on treatments?
Add-ons, such as Dermaplaning, are treatments you can add to your visit.

6. Is Yoni Steaming suitable for everyone?
No. It is not suitable for everyone. Please tell us about any medical conditions, pregnancy, recent procedures or medication before you book, and speak to your GP first if you are unsure.

7. How do I book my monthly treatments?

8. Can I attend events as a member?
