This website is operated by Clarissa K Beauty Boutique ("we", "us", "our"), 89-91 Marsden Road, Blackpool FY4 3BY, United Kingdom. By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy. Please read them before using the site. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

We may update these terms from time to time by posting the new version on this page. Your continued use of the site means you accept the changes. Our online store is hosted on Shopify.

1. Online store terms

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to use this site or place an order. You may not use our products or site for any unlawful purpose. You must not transmit viruses or any code of a destructive nature.

2. Products and services

We sell skincare, hair care and body care products, gift vouchers and memberships online, and we offer beauty, massage, aesthetics and wellness treatments by appointment at our salon. We try to display our products and treatments as accurately as possible, but colours and images may differ slightly from the real product on your screen.

Treatments, readings and wellness services are provided for relaxation, appearance and general wellbeing. They are not a substitute for medical advice. Please tell us about any medical conditions, allergies, medication or pregnancy before a treatment, and follow the aftercare advice we give you.

3. Bookings, memberships and gift vouchers

Treatments are booked online or by contacting us. Please give us as much notice as you can if you need to change or cancel an appointment. Memberships and gift vouchers are subject to the conditions shown on the product page at the time of purchase. Gift vouchers are not refundable for cash unless the law requires it.

4. Prices and availability

All prices are in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable. Prices, offers and availability may change without notice. We may limit quantities, and we may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or a price is shown incorrectly. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.

5. Orders, delivery and payment

You agree to give us current, complete and accurate information when you order. Delivery charges and times are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery is free on UK orders of £40 or more, £5.99 on UK orders under £40, and £7.99 for international orders.

6. Returns and refunds

Please see our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms or in our Refund Policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including your rights if goods are faulty, damaged or not as described.

7. Third-party tools and links

Our site may use third-party tools (for example for payments, bookings and analytics) and may link to other websites. We do not control these and are not responsible for their content, accuracy or practices. Please review their terms before using them.

8. Comments and feedback

If you send us comments, ideas or reviews, you agree we may use them to improve our services and to display them on our website and marketing, without payment to you. You agree that what you send will not break any law or anyone else's rights, and will not contain anything unlawful, abusive or harmful.

10. Errors and omissions

Occasionally our site may contain typing mistakes, inaccuracies or omissions about descriptions, prices, offers, delivery charges or availability. We may correct these at any time, and cancel orders affected by them, without prior notice.

You must not use the site: for any unlawful purpose; to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame or discriminate against anyone; to submit false or misleading information; to upload viruses or other malicious code; to collect or track other people's personal information; to spam, scrape or crawl the site; or to interfere with the security or operation of the site. We may end your access to the site if you break these rules.

12. Our responsibility

We do not promise that the site will be uninterrupted, secure or error free. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability to you for any order is limited to the price you paid for it.

13. Severability

If any part of these terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the rest of the terms still apply.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless the law of the country where you live gives you the right to bring a claim there.
