Giving The Power Back To You, The People!
Hello and welcome. I'm Clarissa. Thank you so much for joining me. I wanted to discuss something that is going to affect us as a collective for the next couple of decades. Pluto will be in Aquarius from March 23rd to March 23rd, 2043.
What can we learn from past and current transits to prepare for the upcoming one?
We have heard of the Age of Aquarius, and we have heard that times are changing into a more technological experience, Well, this is going to be the case.
So let's just talk about some of the things that have been happening that have been getting us ready for Pluto in Aquarius. The first is Uranus in Taurus, from March 6, 2019, to April 25, 2026, as this is a very similar energy where Taurus is the opposite sign of Scorpio, which is ruled by Pluto.
The connection is regarding our desires. So we have seen with Uranus in Taurus that people's desires, as eccentric as they are, have been coming to the surface. We have seen that everybody wants their desire to be spoken for, in very radical, evolutionary, and collective ways, as with Uranus in Taurus. So we have felt that everybody has had this need to make their desire have importance. And this has gone to the extreme. They are groups and subcultures that are on the more extreme level and have also wanted to be accepted into the main consciousness conversations.
We have also seen the rise of unique beauty because Taurus is ruled by Venus. So we have been having conversations about completely changing the concept of the beauty standard. It is more about looking different in some way, or it's just a representation of what society looks like; however, the more unique it has become, the more beautiful. So if you have a full face of freckles, this would've been rejected before, but now it's as beautiful in its uniqueness. So these are some of the things that have been getting us ready for Pluto in Aquarius.
How will Pluto's shift into Aquarius impact social and political structures?
And so, where have we been? We have been in Pluto in Capricorn. And Capricorn is about structure, order, control, and financial structures. It's the patriarchy. The Pluto in Capricorn transit made things very much about power, very much about seeing vulnerability in power, and very much about reassessing our security. So we did see two financial breakdowns within the Pluto in Capricorn Transit, and we also saw the lockdown.
Pluto transiting at 29 degrees Capricorn, is the last degree of Capricorn. It would mean that the last implementation of control from authority will move into the radical. It goes from the orderly to the eccentric, eclectic, radical, and revolutionary. We are going into this now for the next 20 years. Of course, there will be the residual of Pluto in Capricorn, the remanence of structural control and power. We will see this from some of the higher structures, the higher authorities that govern society. We have seen the implementation of control over the collective that affects the subconscious. So this will now move into technology. The need to control will not change; it will remain in the subconscious, but it will be through Aquarius channels. The collective mindset, subcultures, technology, and future ideas and inventions.
What role does Pluto in Aquarius play in shaping our collective consciousness and societal values?
As a collective, Pluto relates to our primal desires and our subconscious. So our primal desires will be elevated through Aquarius traits. So this is where we can again relate to Uranus in Taurus and the desire for sensuality to be filtered through technology. With Pluto in Aquarius, we are going to see an even deeper version of this. We are after all dealing with Pluto, the ruler of Scorpio, meaning the stripping of layers, delving into the realms of the subconscious, darker and unseen energies, to be able to translate the light. This would also mean meeting some of our deepest fears and insecurities regarding technology, such as people believing that AI is going to take over human potential and technology regarding deep fake. Essentially, our fears are coming to the surface so we can then define, understand, challenge, and overcome them.
Pluto is the energy that lies underneath, and it is the energy that shakes underneath. It creates this feeling of anxiety until it slowly comes to the forefront, taking precedence and defining our power. It makes us pay attention. And this is essentially what Pluto does. It is in Aquarius, which is a very intelligent energy. When mixing this intelligence with elements of the subconscious, we begin to connect with our deep knowledge about human existence, and human understanding. Some things will become naturally known; where we come from, why things happen, and where things are going.
Subcultural groups will be coming out of the dark to be heard. Societal pains and pain points, and conversations that have been held in secret for a very long time because Pluto in Capricorn created restrictions, will be heard. We are going into air energy now, so thoughts cannot be stopped. They will carry deep emotions with them. Radical groups and subcultures as eccentric as you can get will want to be heard to gain more support. Lots of people who are in these groups and collective mindsets have already been speaking about their concerns for the last 20 years. For them, it's finally, everybody knows.
What does Pluto in Aquarius mean for the future of technology and innovation?
What we have been considering "woke" is in no way even close to what we will be experiencing over the next 20 years. We have been gathering and collecting information online for years, so parts of the dark web will flow into the normal web. A lot of people will have more access as ideas become expansive and more accepted. Again, to be able to deal with the feeling of it, we will be asked to confront it, and once those feelings are overcome, they become normalised. We still have Uranus in Taurus, so in some cases, they will also be valued and made essential.
How can we harness the transformative power of Pluto in Aquarius to create a more sustainable and equitable future?
Some things will be given value, and some things will be recognised as essential. Pain points that were once disregarded now have the chance to become important, take precedence, and be given solutions. Of course, there is the rise of AI and its connection to our sensuality—not just information but also our emotional responses. At the moment, we are still at the surface level. So there will be discussions about how AI affects our consciousness. It will be challenged until it becomes normalised, as this is the pattern of normalisation. We will also see the flaws in futuristic processes, but we will also see inventions from our imaginations that no one has thought of before. We are just at the precipice of how far technology is going to take us, essentially into another world as technology will create subcultures as well. There will be radicalism; there will be people pushing back and fighting against the move to what is considered forward for some people.
It's going to be a really interesting time, and just like anything, we are not going to see the full results until our grandchildren. We are always living with the results of what our grandparents have done for us. The positives and negatives will truly be seen when Pluto enters Pisces, when the whole energy will completely change.
